Price includes one (1) podium, head table, table and chairs to accommodate requested set-up for event. If multiple day sessions require a major change in set-up an additional fee of $50.00 will be assessed for each change.
Beauty / Style Show Rates
Includes Auditorium and Meeting Room A.

Pageant Rates
Includes Auditorium, Meeting Rooms A, B, and C, Two (2) Ushers and One (1) Uniformed Security Officer.

**Rental rates for ticketed events will be Entire Arena Rates vs. 12% of gross ticket sales after taxes. Other rates to be negotiated by Facility Director.

Set-up / Clean up Rates for Meeting Rooms and Auditorium
Facility clean up/setup fee will be charged at 10% of Facility Rental Fee.

Rate is $500 per day.
Holiday Rental Rates
Events booked on days deemed holiday, either Federal, State, or by the University, will be charged double regular rental rates. All dates subject to approval by Facility Director.
