Tickets for all events (concerts, shows, basketball, volleyball) can be purchased at the Central Box Office in the Lower Red Entrance, by calling 870-972-2781, or online at tickets.astate.edu.

If the concert or show you wish to attend has not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase the day of the show at the box office.

The age limit for ticket purchase can vary from event to event. However, most events require that children age 2 & up have their own ticket. For details on a specific event contact the box office at 870-972-2781.

Online/phone orders can be picked up at the Will Call window (Lower Red Entrance) with photo ID on event night or during box office hours (M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.). You may also request email delivery (arrives within 5 minutes) or mail delivery (allow 7 business days).

All ticket sales are final—no refunds or exchanges except for cancelled events. Postponed events will honor tickets from the original date.

If your event is cancelled, we will refund your ticket. Credit/debit card purchases will be credited back to your account. If an event is postponed, we will honor tickets issued for the previous date/time.

No, guests cannot re-enter once they leave.

Rules on flash photography vary by event. Flash photography (no telephoto lenses) is allowed from your seat, but you may not block the aisles to take pictures. As a general rule, the use of video recording devices is strictly prohibited. Click here for a list of prohibited items.

Outside food or beverages may not be brought inside First National Bank Arena. Food or drinks not purchased through one of our approved food services providers is prohibited.

To ensure the safety of all guests, there is a clear bag policy in place, and each guest is scanned upon entering the facility. It is suggested that guests arrive early to avoid potentially missing the beginning of the show.

No. Arkansas State University is a smoke-free, tobacco-free campus. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, smokeless tobacco, vaping, and electronic cigarettes throughout all buildings and property.

Most meetings at First National Bank Arena are held in Meeting Room A, Meeting Room B, or Meeting Room C. Collectively, these three rooms are known as the Hames Rooms, located just inside the Lower Red Entrance. Enter where two sets of double doors have signage for Administration and the Central Box Office. Signs in the lobby will indicate where meetings are being held for the day. First National Bank Arena has a wonderful concession stand and a number of specialty shops. During concerts and shows the concession stand serves all of your favorite snacks and Coke products.

First National Bank Arena has ramp access between the Red and Yellow Entrances with designated parking spaces located around the building. Special needs seating is available for all events. Call the Central Box Office at 870-972-2781 for assistance or click here for the parking map.

First National Bank Arena does not give out backstage passes.
