8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Open on Saturdays on major event days.

Located in the Administration Office in the lower Red Entrance.

Attendees of all events hosted at First National Bank Arena are subject to our clear bag policy. Items that are not permitted cannot be stored by First National Bank Arena staff.
Cashless Venue Policy
All operations within First National Bank Arena will now operate via cashless transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, Tickets, Parking, Concessions, and Merchandise.
